RN - Med Surg

Compensation:

• Base Salary - USD $74,880 to $100,000
• Full-time Benefits
• $10K in relo depending on where they are relocating from
• $15K Sign on bonus

Candidate Detail's:

• Seniority Level - Mid-Level
• Management Experience Required - No
• Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
• Reports to Med Surg/Telemetry Manager
• This is a newly opened position

Required Qualifications:

• NM RN License upon hire
• Associate's degree in Nursing
• BLS certification is required
• ACLS, PALS and TNCC are required within six months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year of Med Surg experience
• 1 year of nursing experience

Job Description: This is a newly opened position

Join our team in a 34 room Medical Surgical unit, located on the 3rd floor, where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of RNs, LPNs, CMAs and CNAs. With a 1:5 to 1:6 nurse to patient ratio, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
