Job Location: Athens
Contract Duration: Permanent Contract. 1+4 years of renewal upon good performance.

Males and Females
Working Days and Hours: 6 days per Week, 8-9 Hours daily.
- Bake different types of assorted breads including sourdough, ciabatta, baguettes, and specialty loaves
- Make a variety of pastries such as tarts, danishes, croissants, and other French baked goods
- Ensure consistency and high quality of all baked goods and pastries
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assemble sandwiches and other bakery items as per recipes and customer orders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role in a commercial bakery
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Experience with baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts
- Ability to create visually appealing and delicious baked goods
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Good communication and teamwork skills
