The Opportunity - Operations Analyst with Mandarin Speaking Skills (Remote)
Were looking for an Operations Analyst to join our growing team! In this role, youll be at the heart of our online operations, diving deep into sales, inventory, and customer data across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Target. You'll help streamline logistics, ensure marketplace compliance, and generate actionable insights that drive results.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations & Performance Analysis
- Monitor and analyze sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) across multiple online platforms.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve efficiency in order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.
- Optimize pricing, promotions, and product placement based on data-driven insights.
Inventory & Order Management
- Coordinate with warehouses and suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Track and manage order fulfillment rates, return rates, and customer service metrics to improve operational effectiveness.
- Work closely with logistics partners to streamline shipping and delivery processes.
Marketplace Compliance & Listings Optimization
- Ensure compliance with platform policies (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc.) to avoid penalties, suspensions, or listing removals.
- Assist in optimizing product listings with accurate content, keywords, and high-quality images to maximize visibility and conversion.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Use tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software to generate reports on store performance, revenue trends, and operational efficiencies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis.
- Support decision-making with forecasting and trend analysis to enhance strategic planning.
Media Management
- Create and manage images and videos for listings and A/B testing.Create and manage A+ contents for listings.
- Create and manage posts for listings.
- Manage influencers and their UGCs.
Customer Support
- Support customers complaints and returns
- Manage reviews.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify and implement automation tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes related to order processing, returns, and customer service.
- Document and standardize best practices for online store operations.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years in pricing analysis, market research, or a related role.
- Language: Can speak Mandarin and Fluent English.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and pricing tools; familiarity with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Responsibility: Proven track record of managing tasks independently and meeting deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and retail partners.
