The Role
As an Amazon PPC Specialist, youll manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple Amazon accounts. Youll take ownership of execution from keyword research to bid management and performance analysis while maintaining strong communication with both clients and internal teams.
This position is ideal for someone whos analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives on improving results. Youll work with tools like Helium 10, AdLabs, AMC, Amazons SQP, and collaborate closely with account managers and strategists to turn insights into action.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and implement smart bidding strategies.
- Analyze performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, Organic %) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and manage campaigns via bulk files and internal tools.
- Develop and update strategies as data evolves; write clear Plans of Action when needed.
- Collaborate with account managers to align PPC strategy with client goals.
- Prepare regular reports and communicate performance updates to clients and leadership.
- Stay current with Amazon policies, algorithm changes, and new ad features.
- Maintain organized account documentation and task management in ClickUp or similar systems.
What Were Looking For
- 23+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience (agency background preferred).
- Strong understanding of campaign structure, match types, and keyword strategies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills this is a client-facing role.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail; able to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote team environment.
Bonus Skills
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Amazon DSP or Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)
- Google Data Studio / Looker Studio
- AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Scale Insights, etc.)
- Helium 10, Data Dive, Rank Radar, or similar tools
Tools & Software
Amazon Seller Central / Campaign Manager Amazon Bulk Files Helium 10 Scale Insights SQP Slack Zoom (high-quality video & audio required) ClickUp or similar project management platform.
Compensation & Schedule
- Full-Time (Monday Friday, 9 AM 5 PM EST).
