Job Location: Fully Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hours - Monday to Friday
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support Sales and Marketing teams with Zoho CRM management, ensuring data organization and daily hygiene.
- Attend sales calls and accurately record detailed notes in Zoho CRM.
- Track deals through various stages and ensure proper attribution across all opportunities.
- Coordinate and schedule calls for the sales team as needed, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Send messages and emails directly from leadership accounts based on their instructions.
- Manage contact enrichment process to ensure accurate contact data for prospects.
- Have an understanding of technology tools and services CK offers and how the Amazon platform works.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of retail, e-commerce, Walmart and Amazon.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems is required, with a preference for familiarity with Zoho (or willingness to learn).
Familiarity with sales processes and techniques.
Strong written English skills for clear communication and documentation.
Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficient in PC operations, G-Suite, and Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Fast learner with strong business analytics skills.
Ability to quickly navigate online retail websites and/or third-party sites.
Strong knowledge of retail and/or e-commerce.
