We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Vetting Agent to conduct comprehensive audits of companies across multiple touchpoints. This role involves assessing websites, social media presence, customer response efficiency, and recruitment processes to ensure quality, consistency, and brand integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Website Audits

  • Evaluate website usability, functionality, design quality, and content accuracy.
  • Check for mobile responsiveness, loading speed, and call-to-action
    effectiveness.

Social Media Audits

  • Review company presence across major platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn,
    Instagram, Google, etc.)
  • Analyze posting frequency, engagement rates, branding consistency, and
    customer interaction quality.
  • Identify areas for content and branding improvement.

Customer Response Time Audits

  • Test response times on chat apps, email inquiries, and social messaging
    platforms.
  • Evaluate the professionalism, tone, and completeness of customer interactions.
  • Provide recommendations to improve customer service speed and quality.

Recruitment Process Evaluation

  • Review job postings, application procedures, and candidate communication
    timelines.
  • Assess employer branding on job boards, social media, and company websites.
  • Provide insights on candidate experience and process transparency.
  • Attend interviews as candidate and report on format, questions and over all feel.

Reporting & Recommendations

  • Compile findings into clear, actionable reports with visual summaries.
  • Suggest best practices and areas for improvement based on industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to help companies implement recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in auditing, quality assurance, or digital marketing analysis.
  • Familiarity with website analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools) and social media metrics.
  • Strong understanding of customer service best practices and recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
