Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Programmatic Media Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the programmatic landscape and hands-on experience with major DSPs and SSPs. This individual will play a key role in executing and optimizing media buying strategies to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute programmatic media buys across leading DSPs and SSPs
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize programmatic deal IDs in collaboration with partners and publishers.
  • Implement and manage supply path optimization (SPO) strategies to improve performance and cost-efficiency.
  • Analyze bidstream data to identify opportunities for optimization and ensure effective campaign delivery.
  • Evaluate auction dynamics, supply quality, and pricing models to drive improvements in programmatic efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, publishers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Engage in inventory curation and direct negotiations with publishers for premium inventory access.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, account management, or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing deal IDs across major demand- and supply-side platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including auction mechanics and inventory quality.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to foster relationships with partners and clients.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
