Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Data Analyst Insights & Reporting to support marketing performance analysis and report generation across digital and TV platforms.This hybrid role combines analytical insight development with structured reporting, ideal forcandidates who are both analytical and operationally strong in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyze performance data using internal platforms, Excel, NielsenOne, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and other data analysis tools.
  • Identify key trends, variances, and performance drivers across campaigns.
  • Create data visualizations and compile insights into PowerPoint presentations.
  • Support pre- and post-campaign performance analysis
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret findings and develop actionable insights.

Report Generation & Distribution

  • Pull scheduled and ad hoc reports from internal systems, DSPs, and third-party platforms.
  • Ensure data consistency, formatting, and presentation quality across all reports
  • Automate recurring reports where possible using tools like Excel macros or reporting dashboards.
  • Distribute reports to clients or internal stakeholders in line with agreed schedules.
  • Respond to revisions or ad hoc reporting needs in a timely and accurate manner

Time Zone & Work Expectations:

  • Majority of work (data processing, analysis, and deck/report creation) can be done asynchronously/overnight.
  • Must overlap with U.S. business hours for final reviews, discussions, or urgent reporting tasks. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or reporting roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data platforms like NielsenOne, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and internal reporting tools.
  • Experience with DSPs and digital media reporting platforms is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to distill complex data into simple, actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting findings clearly and concisely.
