Job Description
We are hiring a Client Success Manager to serve as the main point of contact for our Amazon advertising clients. You'll lead communication, deliver performance reports, align internal teams with client goals, and ensure service is executed at a high level.
This is a remote, full-time position, requiring overlap with U.S. daytime hours. You'll manage multiple accounts, lead client calls, present reports, and coordinate with our PPC team to get things done.
While you won't manage ads directly, you should be confident in interpreting campaign data, reviewing ad setups, and jumping in for small, time-sensitive tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 510 active Amazon advertising client accounts.
- Lead client meetings, present results, and track action items.
- Generate and present custom reports tailored to client goals.
- Communicate with empathy, confidence, and clarity.
- Collaborate with the internal PPC team to ensure deliverables are met.
- Review campaign performance and ensure account work is accurate.
- Assist with small tasks or QA during urgent moments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of client-facing experience (Client Success, Account Management, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to create, customize, and confidently present performance reports.
- Working knowledge of Amazon PPC data and metrics.
- Empathetic but assertive communicator who builds trust with clients.
- Familiarity with Amazon advertising or e-commerce marketing.
