Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings

- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues reported by clients

- Conduct training sessions for clients on our software products

- Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software bugs

- Communicate with clients to gather feedback and suggestions for product enhancements

- Create and maintain documentation on software support processes and procedures

- Stay updated on the latest software updates and features to provide accurate support and training to clients

- Assist with software testing and quality assurance to ensure a smooth user experience

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in technical support or software support role

- Strong understanding of software development and troubleshooting processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

- Familiarity with sports management software is a plus

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
