Job Title: Cloud Support Specialist

Evolution Sports Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our cloud-based systems. This is a full-time, on-site position that offers competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of our cloud-based systems

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or outages that may occur

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for system improvements

- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users

- Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to cloud computing

- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cloud support or similar role

- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies (e.g. VMware, Docker)

- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
