Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, including professional athletes and teams

- Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their careers, including contract negotiations, endorsements, and public appearances

- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement customized strategies for each client

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure our clients are receiving the best possible representation

- Utilize various communication channels to effectively connect with clients, including email, phone, and virtual meetings

- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and record keeping

- Work closely with our marketing and PR teams to promote our clients and their achievements

- Attend events and travel as needed to support clients and represent the company

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sports management or a similar role

- Strong understanding of the sports industry and current trends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Willingness to travel and attend events as needed
