Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant / Virtual Bookkeeper to support administrative and bookkeeping tasks for a legal practice. The role includes posting transactions and performing bank and trust account reconciliations using MyCase attorney accounting.
Key Tasks:

Post and categorize transactions in MyCase

Perform bank and trust account reconciliations

Maintain accurate financial records

Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic admin tasks

Organize digital financial documents
Other tasks that the client needs assistance in virtual bookkeeping function
Requirements:

Experience in bookkeeping and bank reconciliation

Familiarity with MyCase or legal accounting software (preferred)

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and remotely
