HR Manager

 Job Description:

The HR Manager will assume ownership of day-to-day activities, stabiliza processes, strengthen employee relationships, and consolidate the culture, rebuilding credibility and trust.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection processes

Coordinate and execute onboarding programs

Execute annual climate surveys and follow-up action plans

Organize team-building activities and engagement initiatives

Coordinate with payroll 

Track and report HR metrics
