About the Role

As Wellness & Retreat Sales Manager, youll take the lead in connecting with clients and guiding them through our life-changing offerings. Youll also support and mentor a growing team, helping others succeed while expanding our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our online personal development programs and destination retreats
• Conduct virtual discovery sessions with prospective clients
• Build strong, trust-based relationships and guide clients through enrollment decisions
• Mentor and support less experienced team members
• Contribute to sales strategy and outreach efforts
• Represent our brand with authenticity, integrity, and enthusiasm
