Job Responsibilities

Identify and target potential clients in the US and Canada for software development and IT services

Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other outbound channels

Initiate conversations, qualify prospects, and move them into the sales pipeline

Handle responses from cold outreach and schedule meetings with qualified leads

Prepare proposals, capability decks, and service offerings for potential clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients

Work closely with technical teams to align client requirements with solutions

Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and follow ups in CRM (HubSpot)

Track pipeline and ensure consistent progress toward monthly targets

Stay updated with North American market trends, competitors, and opportunities
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field

1 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound outreach in a software or IT company

Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written English

Experience targeting US and Canada markets is highly preferred

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, or similar channels

Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms

Basic understanding of software development services and lifecycle

Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment
