Job Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients in the US and Canada
• Run outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Send cold emails and LinkedIn messages to generate interest
• Handle replies and qualify prospects
• Book meetings for the sales or leadership team
• Follow up consistently with prospects
• Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot)
• Track outreach performance and meeting conversions
• Work with leadership to improve messaging and targeting

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
• 0 to 4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound outreach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Comfortable with cold outreach via email and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Self motivated, target driven, and organized
