Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution

• Monitor project performance and report progress to management

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Maintain project documentation and ensure quality standards

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 2 to 3 years of experience managing IT projects

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
