Job Overview:

EvolveDash Inc. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for user-centered design, and experience creating visually compelling graphics, UI/UX elements, and marketing materials. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and enhance our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media
• Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms
• Create UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences
• Collaborate with marketing, development, and product teams to conceptualize and execute design projects
• Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar software
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices
• Work on animations, videos, and interactive elements (if applicable)
• Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Designer, Graphic Designer, UI/UX Designer, or in a similar role
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
• Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
