Job Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international IT and software markets
- Generate leads through online platforms, professional networks, and outbound outreach
- Initiate conversations with prospects and qualify leads for further engagement
- Prepare and share proposals, pitches, and service offerings with potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Coordinate with technical teams to align client requirements with suitable solutions
- Support senior team members in negotiations and deal closures
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow ups in CRM
- Track pipeline and ensure consistent progress toward targets
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings, opportunities, and revenue
- Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or outbound outreach in a software or IT company
- Strong communication skills with good spoken and written English
- Basic understanding of software development services and lifecycle
- Experience with lead generation tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, or similar platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self driven, target oriented, and eager to grow in a fast paced environment
