About the Role
Were seeking a Director of Data Analytics to lead a cross-functional team focused on enterprise reporting, advanced analytics, and data science initiatives. This role sits within the company's data and technology group, reporting directly to the VP of Data. You'll guide a team, with a leadership-to-hands-on split of about 70/30.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity where you'll shape both the data strategy and the team delivering on it. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in healthcare data, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys mentoring as much as delivering.
Key Responsibilities

Set and drive the roadmap for enterprise data and analytics solutions

Oversee cross-functional project delivery, tracking timelines, dependencies, and business impact

Lead and develop a team of analysts, engineers, and data scientists

Serve as a thought partner to internal business leaders, translating needs into actionable insights

Champion Agile methodologies and drive process improvement

Monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of analytics tools and environments
Preferred Background
10-15 years of experience in data analytics and delivery, with a strong background in healthcare or life sciences
Hands-on knowledge of Azure Databricks and enterprise reporting tools
Experience managing hybrid or fully remote teams
Strong communicator with a consultative leadership style
Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
