You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of departments, from intake to onboarding, and help shape the future of our growing organization.

Contract: 4-month, potential for hire

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with hiring teams to develop recruiting strategies and source top talent.

  • Own the full recruitment life cycle from job posting and screening through offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Source candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and creative outreach.

  • Screen candidates using behavioral interview techniques and assess alignment with role requirements.

  • Coordinate interview logistics and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.

  • Maintain accurate candidate records and metrics in the applicant tracking system.

  • Contribute to recruitment process improvements and pipeline-building initiatives for future hiring needs.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Experience recruiting across a variety of roles and levels; high-volume experience is a plus.

  • Comfort working with ATS platforms and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.

  • Experience with global recruitment or executive-level searches? Even better.
