THE ROLE As our MDM/PIM Architect, you'll lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade data solutions that create the foundation for AI-ready data ecosystems. You'll partner closely with clients, translate business complexity into scalable architecture, and mentor the teams around you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Lead client workshops to analyze business challenges, define technical requirements, and shape solution blueprints — with a clear eye toward AI and analytics readiness.- Design scalable data models, workflows, hierarchy configurations, and matching/merging schemas for MDM and PIM platforms.- Build and deploy solutions on leading platforms including Informatica, Stibo, Reltio, and Syndigo, integrated with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, and AWS.- Embed data governance, quality checks, validation rules, and lineage tracking into enterprise data pipelines.- Mentor junior consultants and technical staff in MDM/PIM best practices and data quality methodology.- Produce high-quality technical documentation: architecture diagrams, governance processes, and user guidelines.- Lead post-implementation evaluations to continuously improve data quality, governance, and AI readiness.

WHAT YOU BRING
- Extensive hands-on experience architecting, configuring, and deploying MDM/PIM solutions
- Deep knowledge of data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) across domains such as Product, Customer, Vendor, or Location — with particular strength in the product domain, especially manufacturing and distribution.
- Solid integration background (ETL, API, real-time) connecting MDM hubs to operational systems and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency with modern data engineering tools: Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS, or SQL.
- Consulting experience with demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead engagements end-to-end.
- Strong communication skills — you can translate complex technical designs into clear, compelling business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
