We are supporting a confidential search for a senior IT leader within a complex, globally distributed organization. This role is designed for a hands-on technology leader who enjoys owning systems end to end while leading a small, high-impact team.

The Opportunity

This position has responsibility for technology strategy and execution across multiple domestic and international locations. The leader will partner closely with business stakeholders while remaining actively involved in technical work, system decisions, and day-to-day problem solving.

This is an on-site role at a NE U.S.-based business headquarters, with some international engagement.

Scope of Responsibility

• Own IT operations for a multi-location business environment

• Lead ERP-related initiatives, including modernization, integration, and optimization

• Evaluate and rationalize legacy applications within an evolving enterprise landscape

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on systems and process alignment

• Contribute directly as a technical leader when needed, not solely as a delegator

• Support enterprise security initiatives and broader technology programs

• Lead, develop, and support a small internal team
