Position Overview:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes building your desk and sourcing new clients, sourcing top tier candidates, screening, and placing candidates for our clients' open positions. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source top leading companies looking to recruit in the scarce skills sector within the Medical, Information Technology, Property and Development, Finance, Legal and Compliance, Logistics and Manufacturing. Building and maintaining relationships.
- Identify top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best-suited candidates
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate submissions, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates
- Utilize recruitment software and tools to track and manage candidate and client information
- Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a 360 recruitment role
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various industries
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals
