Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement health informatics strategies and solutions to improve healthcare outcomes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze healthcare data, and develop insights and recommendations

- Design and implement AI algorithms and models to support clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes

- Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance

- Train and educate healthcare professionals on the use of technology and data analytics to improve patient care

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in health informatics and AI implementation, and make recommendations for continuous improvement

- Communicate with stakeholders and present findings and recommendations to senior management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in health informatics and AI implementation in a healthcare setting

- Strong understanding of health information systems, data analytics, and AI technologies

- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Willingness to travel to different locations as needed
