Headhuntme is a leading recruitment agency that specializes in finding top talent for companies across various industries. We are currently seeking three HR and Recruitment Interns to join our team for a one-year internship program.

As an HR and Recruitment Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and dynamic field of human resources and recruitment. You will work closely with our team of experienced HR professionals and recruiters to learn the ins and outs of the industry and develop valuable skills that will set you apart in your future career.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings

- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates

- Help maintain and update our internal database with candidate information

- Support the team in creating job postings and advertising job openings

- Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote our company and attract potential candidates

- Assist in onboarding and orientation processes for new hires

- Conduct research on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources

- Provide administrative support to the HR and recruitment team as needed

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR and recruitment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Previous experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not required
