My client is a leading construction and project delivery company that specializes in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of our projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes developing project plans, coordinating resources, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. You will work closely with our clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, from design to completion
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and ensure that all costs are within budget
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure that all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and issues
- Mentor and coach project team members to ensure high performance and development
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Proven experience in managing projects from start to finish, including budget and schedule management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- PMP certification is a plus
