Position Overview:

We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced Specialized RNs to join our team in the areas of ICU, Oncology, and Emergency Department. As a specialized RN, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced nursing care to patients with complex and specialized needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive and specialized nursing care to patients in the ICU, Oncology, or Emergency Department, depending on your area of expertise

- Assess and monitor patients' conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients

- Monitor and document patients' progress and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

- Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques

- Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and standards to ensure patient safety and quality of care

- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain and enhance your specialized skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- Active RN license in Australia and/or Canada

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the ICU, Oncology, or Emergency Department

- Additional certifications and training in your area of specialization (e.g. CCRN, OCN, TNCC) are highly desirable

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in your area of specialization

- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment

- Willingness to work rotating shifts and be on-call as needed
