Hours: 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay: €14.15 per hour
Work Arrangement: On-site (5 days per week)

We have recently signed two new global aviation clients, further expanding our operations.
The Role
We are seeking a motivated student with a genuine interest in aviation to join our HR & Compliance team as a paid placement intern.
This is a hands‑on role supporting aviation‑compliant background checks and recruitment activities, offering real exposure to a highly regulated industry and direct interaction with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Aviation Background Checks & Compliance
- Supporting 5‑year aviation background checks in line with IAA regulations
- Working with candidates to gather documentation
- Contacting previous employers to verify references
- Compiling and preparing final compliance packs for client review
- Issuing contracts and supporting onboarding
- Assisting with recruitment posts across social platforms and job boards
- Maintaining accurate records and tracking systems
Training & Support
Full training and structured onboarding provided. Ongoing support from experienced aviation HR and compliance professionals. All equipment provided (laptop, systems access, tools).
No previous aviation experience is required, full training will be given.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Currently studying HR, Business, Aviation, Law, Logistics, or a related discipline
- Genuine interest in aviation and airport operations
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
- Confident computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel or similar)
- Familiar with social media platforms and online job boards
- Basic understanding of AI or digital tools and how technology can improve efficiency
- Comfortable working with confidential information and compliance processes
No prior aviation experience required — full training and onboarding provided.
