Virtual Assistant (Remote – US Client)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Virtual Assistant to support a US-based client. The ideal candidate must be professional, reliable, and able to manage a wide range of administrative and client-related tasks in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-level virtual administrative support to a US-based client
Manage communication via email, chat, and virtual platforms
Work across multiple CRM systems to update, track, and manage data
Handle scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
Support day-to-day operational tasks as required

Requirements

Must reside in South Africa
Minimum 4 years' relevant experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant
Proven stable work history with strong continuity in previous roles
Fluent in spoken and written English (essential)
Strong communication skills in English (non-negotiable)
Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems
Experience working with multiple CRM systems
Own reliable laptop and stable high-speed internet connection
Must have relevant and verifiable experience to apply
Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Commitment to long-term contract engagement
