Administrative Assistant with Xero experience

We are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and confident in communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing them appropriately
  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Support client onboarding processes, including compliance tasks (e.g. AML checks and risk assessments)
  • Set up and maintain client records within internal systems
  • Assist with credit control processes using Xero
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients at all times
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks
  • Support basic data processing tasks (training will be provided over time)

Requirements:

  • Available Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (UK time)
  • Comfortable working remotely and being available on Zoom throughout the day
  • Able to handle phone calls in a quiet, professional environment
  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Reliable, responsive, and proactive in approach
  • Experience with Xero or similar accounting systems is advantageous but not essential
