Position Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Renewal Manager with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience to support their growing insurance brokerage team.

The Renewal Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal process for commercial insurance policies, ensuring policies are reviewed, renewed on time, and aligned with client needs. This role requires strong insurance knowledge, administrative accuracy, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the insurance policy renewal process for commercial clients.

  • Review existing Property & Casualty insurance policies and prepare renewal documentation.

  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and underwriters to obtain renewal terms and quotes.

  • Ensure all renewals are processed before policy expiration.

  • Communicate renewal options and updates with internal teams and clients.

  • Review policy changes, coverage updates, and premium adjustments.

  • Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.

  • Follow up on outstanding documents and approvals.

  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve coverage or reduce premiums for clients.

  • Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and internal procedures.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience.

  • Previous experience working for an insurance brokerage or agency.

  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and renewals.

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Comfortable working with US-based clients and systems.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn insurance platforms and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with commercial real estate insurance policies.

  • Exposure to US insurance carriers and underwriting processes.

  • Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar.
