You love being on the phone and aren't afraid to make over 50+ outbound calls a day. You are focused, thoughtful, inquisitive, and confident.
As a Sales Development Representative you will not only gain expertise and experience on prospecting and selling, but also mentorship and training from a team of leading entrepreneurs and sales experts. You will fully participate in the sales process, pipeline development, prospecting and relationship-building skills quintessential for a successful career in technology sales.
Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and proactively engage new healthcare contacts and accounts, introducing them to our client.
Develop and execute outbound strategies in an effort to set qualified meetings
Work closely with the sales team to help bring MQLs to SQLs and help close business
Actively make 50+ outbound calls per day, confidently ready to engage new customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and HubSpot
Become a product expert of our clients and seamlessly verbalize our value proposition
Accountabilities
Daily and weekly activity metrics
Quantity and quality of discovery meetings scheduled
Qualified sales opportunities resulting from personal inbound and outbound efforts
Required qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred
Passion, energy, great work ethic, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing start-up environment
Entrepreneurial spirit
Must be driven and self-motivated
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Very strong listening skills to understand the opportunity and the needs of prospects
Able to understand/explain concepts and ideas in a clear, concise, and logical manner
