Our client are seeking a Business Development Representative (Offshore) to join our growing team and support lead generation, outreach, and new business acquisitions. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional, fluent in English, and comfortable working with a partial U.S. time-zone overlap.

The Business Development Representative will play a vital role in expanding our client base by:

  • Building and managing outbound campaigns using tools like Dripify and RocketReach.
  • Developing automated email and messaging sequences to engage prospective clients.
  • Conducting cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, and phone) to generate qualified leads.
  • Scheduling and confirming meetings with potential clients and ensuring follow-through.
  • Prioritizing and managing lead lists to maintain organization and track progress.
  • Assisting with quoting and proposal preparation for prospective clients.

Success / Results KPIs, Metrics, and Quota:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will consistently meet or exceed the following performance benchmarks:

  • Meetings Set: 8 new meetings scheduled per month.
  • Meeting Hold Rate: At least 4 meetings successfully held per month.
  • Quote Activity: Provide at least 8 formal quotes per month.
  • Client Acquisition: Secure 2 new clients per quarter.
  • Conversion Rate: Minimum 33% conversion from held meetings to paying clients.
  • CRM / Lead Management: Maintain updated and organized lead data to ensure pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy.
