You will assist by researching facilities and contacts, accurately capturing information, and maintaining internal databases.
Key Responsibilities

Research nursing homes and related facilities to identify correct billing and contact details

Use online platforms and websites to gather and verify information

Capture and update data accurately in internal databases and templates

Populate standard templates with verified information

Make outbound calls to confirm contact details and phone numbers (no collections calls)

Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up to date
Requirements

Strong administrative and research skills

Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy

Confident phone manner for verification calls

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Reliable internet connection and availability during US working hours
