Full-Time US working hours (3pm-11pm/4pm-12am SAST)
Location: Remote (within South Africa)
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot / RevOps Specialist to lead the configuration, optimization, and ongoing management of HubSpot across the organization. This is an internal-facing role focused on building scalable revenue operations, improving CRM efficiency, and enabling teams through automation, reporting, and system optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and optimize HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs.
- Design and implement automated lead routing and lifecycle workflows.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to support revenue visibility and decision-making.
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier) to streamline operations.
- Ensure CRM processes align with revenue goals, forecasting, and P&L visibility.
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to improve adoption and operational efficiency.
- Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve system performance.
Immediate Deliverables
- Fully configured and live HubSpot instance supporting core business workflows.
- Operational dashboards and automated lead management processes.
KPIs & Success Metrics
- Save 20+ staff hours per week through automation and workflow optimization.
- Improved CRM efficiency and data accuracy.
- Increased visibility into revenue performance and forecasting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience.
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, workflows, and automation.
Relevant Experience
- SaaS, Venture Capital, BPO, or BPaaS environments.
- Experience in FinTech or Big 4 public accounting firms.
- Exposure to Investment Banking or high-scale AI/ML product environments.
- Prior roles with comparable scale, complexity, and internal ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and/or Service Hub certifications.
