Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Intake Specialist to join our intake and customer service team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicates clearly and kindly with clients and team members. This role requires strong critical thinking, excellent writing skills, and the ability to integrate constructive feedback effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients via email and phone professionally and promptly.

Manage a high-volume stream of emails, responding efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Quickly review and synthesize large amounts of information, identifying key details and conveying them accurately.

Coordinate appointments and logistics between clients and contractors.

Work within strict deadlines while keeping clients informed and updated.

Assist with case processing in the translations department.

Participate in special projects as assigned, contributing to team goals and process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors Degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively, accept constructive feedback, and adapt to evolving processes.

Proficiency in English is required.
