Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and confident Cold Calling & Client Engagement Specialist to manage outbound calls to warm leads. These leads have already shown interest in our services and are requesting additional information. The company handles all lead generation, so your primary focus will be building rapport, qualifying interest, and guiding prospects through the next steps.

This is a relationship-driven role, not a high-volume call center position. If lead volume is lower at times, the role will include administrative and support tasks to assist the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact warm leads provided by the company

  • Engage prospects who have already expressed interest in our services

  • Provide clear, accurate information and answer initial questions

  • Qualify leads and assess readiness to move forward

  • Schedule follow-ups or hand off qualified leads to the appropriate team

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes

  • Assist with administrative tasks when call volume is low

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth client experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or customer engagement

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable speaking with potential clients over the phone

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage follow-ups

  • Self-motivated and reliable in a full-time remote or office-based role

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in the insurance industry

  • Familiarity with CRM systems

  • Background in customer service or consultative sales
