Admin & Client Outreach Assistant (US Hours – Part-Time)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with strong admin, writing, and communication skills.

Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible), working after 3pm or later SA time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct basic client outreach to photographers' event clients to offer album services
  • Communicate via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
  • Set up and coordinate meetings with clients
  • Assist with album preparation and finalization
  • Manage and organise client communication and records
  • Review and follow up on older emails and enquiries

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, meticulous, and able to manage own time effectively
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Admin experience preferred
  • Ability to work through backlogs and manage follow-ups systematically

Opportunity:
20 hours per week to start, with potential to grow into a full-time role.
