Admin & Client Outreach Assistant (US Hours – Part-Time)
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual with strong admin, writing, and communication skills.
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible), working after 3pm or later SA time
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic client outreach to photographers' event clients to offer album services
- Communicate via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls
- Set up and coordinate meetings with clients
- Assist with album preparation and finalization
- Manage and organise client communication and records
- Review and follow up on older emails and enquiries
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, meticulous, and able to manage own time effectively
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Admin experience preferred
- Ability to work through backlogs and manage follow-ups systematically
Opportunity:
20 hours per week to start, with potential to grow into a full-time role.
