Working hours: full time US working hours (3pm-11pm/4pm-12am SAST)

Independent Contractor 

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from A to Z for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company. The ideal candidate will oversee the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, managing offers, and supporting onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Facilitate offers, background checks, credential verification, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and manage the candidate pipeline.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and meet hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Previous full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines independently.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA roles is advantageous.
