We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Ordering & Inventory Operations Assistant to support our eCommerce logistics and inventory management. This role involves making informed purchasing and pricing decisions, managing incoming inventory, and ensuring smooth order flow between vendors, warehouse, and fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine and place reorders based on sales trends, stock levels, and seasonal demand.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to confirm receipt of inventory and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Provide shipping and order details once inventory arrives to facilitate smooth fulfillment.
- Assign and update product pricing based on costs, market conditions, and internal guidelines.
- Maintain organized records of orders, shipments, and inventory status.
- Support executive team with data-driven ordering and inventory decisions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in eCommerce operations, inventory management, or logistics preferred.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and inventory/order management software.
