PRICING & PURCHASING ANALYST

Remote | South Africa | US Client

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing & Purchasing Analyst to support our US client with purchasing, pricing analysis, supplier coordination, and cost management.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and compare supplier pricing and quotes
• Assist with purchasing and procurement decisions
• Monitor product costs and pricing changes
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate pricing and purchasing records
• Process purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
• Work with Excel and other systems to track purchasing data
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams
• Ensure orders, pricing, and invoices are accurate

Requirements

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, buying, or pricing analysis
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and supplier information
• Strong administrative and follow-up skills
• Experience with purchasing/ERP systems is an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Stable internet connection and reliable backup power
• Own laptop/PC and quiet home office

Working Hours

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM South African Time
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African Time
