Legal Intake Specialist

Our client based in the USA is looking for an intake/onboarding specialist for their law firm. The firm specializes in family law. The role as intake specialist will be to telephonically answer questions and encourage the clients to send in their forms for consultations, close the deal and handle the onboarding.

Requirements:

• Sales experience
• Previous intake experience
• Friendly, sensitive personality
• Communicate well
• Previous experience in a legal environment will be advantageous
• Excellent phone etiquette

Must be able to work US hours 3pm - 11pm SA time.
