Remote Nurse Recruiter - USA Business Hours (SA time: 3 PM - 11 PM)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remote Nurse Recruiter to join our team, specializing in sourcing and recruiting qualified nurses for our USA-based clients. As a Remote Nurse Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying top nursing talent and facilitating the recruitment process, all while working remotely during the 3 PM - 11 PM shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify and engage with qualified nurses across the USA.
  • Candidate Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for different nursing positions.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our USA-based clients to understand their specific nursing staffing needs, including skill requirements, certifications, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring alignment of availability and providing timely feedback to all parties involved.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing nursing candidates, focusing on delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with nursing industry trends, market dynamics, and changes in regulations that could impact recruitment efforts.
  • Remote Work Schedule: Embrace the 3 PM - 11 PM work schedule to accommodate clients and candidates in different time zones.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve and exceed recruitment targets, contribute to team goals, and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
