Payroll Processing services company . We seek a proactive and results-driven Outside Sales Representative, with a minimum of 2 years of successful B2B services sales experience, to join our team. You MUST have at least two years experience selling B2B services to be considered.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by prospecting, establishing, and maintaining relationships with potential clients. Youll be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, transitioning them to our Client Services Group, and maximizing opportunities to upsell additional services.


  • Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold/warm outreach strategies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business owners and C-level executives through regular communication and personalized engagement.
  • Understand clients needs and pain points to tailor solutions that address their specific challenges and objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our company's services and offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to prospects and clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services and drive conversions.
  • Manage and prioritize leads, opportunities, and sales activities to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure seamless client experiences and alignment of sales efforts.
  • Track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular updates to management on sales progress and outcomes.


  • 2+ years of successful experience in B2B sales selling services. Payroll sales experience a big plus.
  • Demonstrated sales acumen, expert in sales processes, techniques, and strategies, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to sales.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
