Purpose of the Role:
To match candidates to jobs with client companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Attraction & Sourcing
- Proactively search for candidates using the company database, job boards, social media platforms, and any other sourcing methods.
- Write engaging job adverts and manage responses appropriately.
Screening & Selection
- Review candidate responses.
- Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability against job role.
- Prepare a shortlist of high-quality candidates, before the clients deadline. The shortlist should be approximately 6-7 candidates and identify the top 3 for submission.
- Create short candidate summary which will be submitted alongside CVs for client review.
Candidate Management
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure engagement and availability.
- Organise Interviews between the client and candidate ensuring they have any information required to attend the interview.
- Professionally reject unsuitable candidates, ensuring feedback is delivered in a respectful and constructive manner.
Compliance & Administration
- Liaise with the Admin team to ensure full compliance is achieved for each candidate before assignment.
- Keep candidate records up to date on IQX.
Internal Communication
- Share progress updates and any operational issues with the internal team to ensure alignment and workflow continuity.
Once fully confident in the resourcing process, you will take on the following additional tasks:
- Creating vacancies on IQX.
- Conducting vacancy qualification calls with clients to fully understand their requirements.
- Managing candidate submissions to clients ahead of agreed deadlines.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualification and Experience:
- A balance of previous relevant skills & experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good administration and CRM system skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Personal attributes include:
- Good team player.
- Adaptable.
- Be able to work to deadlines and targets.
- IT literate.
Working Hours (UK time)
- 07:30 start
- 16:30 finish
- 60 minute lunch break (unpaid)
- Monday to Friday
