Remote Recruitment Scheduler

Purpose of the Role:

To ensure timely and effective placement of candidates into client bookings by managing shift scheduling and maintaining clear communication with both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all client shift requests are filled with suitably screened and competent workers, meeting fill ratio targets.

Proactively contact and follow up with working temps to confirm availability and fill open shifts.

Respond promptly to candidate queries regarding holiday accrual and other basic scheduling matters.

Key Outputs:

  • Achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly scheduling targets.
  • High shift fill rates and client satisfaction.
  • Effective communication and relationship management with temps and clients.
  • Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in a scheduling, recruitment coordination, or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong administrative capabilities, including working with CRM or applicant tracking systems.
  • Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable:
  • Experience in healthcare, industrial, or temp staffing sectors.
  • Familiar with Waze and Google Maps for calculating distances and travel times.

  • Highly adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and performance targets.

Competent in MS Office and other IT tools.

Working Hours (UK Time):

Start: 08:00

Finish: 16:00

Lunch Break: 30 minutes (unpaid)

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Note: This is a remote position. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and their own computer/laptop suitable for work.
