Remote Sales & Intake Specialist
Working Hours: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (South African Time)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time / Independent Contractor

We are seeking a driven and tech-savvy Sales & Intake Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will primarily manage incoming leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel and converting them into clients. There will also be some outbound calling as needed to follow up or engage new prospects.

This position is ideal for someone with a sales background, strong interpersonal skills, and a clear, neutral accent who enjoys building relationships and working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to incoming sales leads

• Follow up consistently to convert leads into clients

• Conduct outbound calls as needed for follow-ups or lead generation

• Maintain accurate client data and activity in CRM systems

• Collaborate with the sales/intake team to meet targets and streamline processes

• Provide a professional and friendly first impression of the company

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or intake roles (remote experience a plus)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident phone manner with a clear, neutral or mild accent

• Strong computer skills and ability to use CRM tools

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Reliable internet connection and own laptop
