Job Title: Remote E-commerce Product Lister Walmart

Location: Remote (South Africa-based candidates preferred)

Working Hours: Full-time | Flexible hours with good overlap | US hours: 3PM 11PM SA time

Contract Type: Independent Contractor

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy E-commerce Product Lister to join our team and support our growing Walmart store. Youll be responsible for uploading, editing, and optimizing product listings on the Walmart platform with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage product listings on Walmart Marketplace
• Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and optimized
• Use Excel or Google Sheets to manage product data and bulk uploads
• Maintain listing consistency and compliance with Walmarts requirements
• Collaborate with the US team to manage listing schedules and priorities
• Keep track of errors, duplicates, and incomplete listings
• Protect and handle portal login credentials with care and confidentiality

Requirements:

• Previous experience listing products on Walmart or other marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
• Excellent Excel skills must be confident using formulas, data cleaning, and bulk uploads
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Must be trustworthy and reliable you'll be given access to sensitive systems
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Own laptop and stable internet connection
• Willingness to work US hours (3PM11PM South Africa time)
