Remote Inbound Sales Representative
Location: Remote
Schedule:
- Monday -Friday: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM (Midnight)
- Sunday: 3:00 PM 7:00 PM
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to handle all inbound leads generated from Facebook and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is experienced in sales, customer engagement, and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot), with a strong ability to convert leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound leads from Facebook and Google Ads

Conduct sales calls and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and close sales

Track and manage lead activity in a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)

Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with potential and existing clients throughout the sales cycle

Implement sales strategies to increase lead conversion rates and overall performance

Conduct consistent follow-ups via phone, email, and SMS

Prepare and present regular reports on sales activity, trends, and pipeline updates
Requirements:

Proven sales experience, especially in inbound and/or cold calling environments

Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot is a strong advantage)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
