Remote Inbound Sales Representative
Location: Remote
Schedule:

  • Monday -Friday: 3:00 PM 12:00 AM (Midnight)
  • Sunday: 3:00 PM 7:00 PM

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Remote Sales Representative to handle all inbound leads generated from Facebook and Google Ads. The ideal candidate is experienced in sales, customer engagement, and CRM platforms (preferably HubSpot), with a strong ability to convert leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound leads from Facebook and Google Ads

  • Conduct sales calls and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and close sales

  • Track and manage lead activity in a CRM system (HubSpot preferred)

  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with potential and existing clients throughout the sales cycle

  • Implement sales strategies to increase lead conversion rates and overall performance

  • Conduct consistent follow-ups via phone, email, and SMS

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activity, trends, and pipeline updates

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, especially in inbound and/or cold calling environments

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot is a strong advantage)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace
