About the job IT Intake Level 1

Our client in the US, an MSP, is searching for an intake specialist to gather specific information from the callers to generate tickets and pass on to the relevant support technician.

  • Using the gathered information received via phone or chat to guide clients to the correct support technician
  • Creating tickets for each client call
  • Taking notes where necessary


  • Must be able to work US hours 16h00 - 12h00 SA time
  • Own computer
  • High speed stable fiber line
  • Excellent command of the English language, read, speak and write
  • Past experience in an IT environment
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Attention to detail
